Skills and Areas of Responsibilities
*Previous experience of deploying Front office solutions like Customer portals, Web sites and social media marketing Examine and evaluate current systems, understand IT roadmaps and work on projects to implement them.
*Collaborate with business users and external vendors to design and roll out a modern digital customer experience.
*Document system requirements and liaise with users to track additional requirements and features.
*Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability. Produce highly specified project briefs for different options
*Document interfaces between new and legacy systems. Design integrations with new systems and validate their implementation.
*Produce detailed test plans for system and UAT tests. Validate changes by coordinating test activities.
*Work closely with colleagues, developers, external vendors, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
*Good understanding of data management technologies and familiarity with SQL and ETL.
*Proven ability to oversee implementation of a new system including data migration
*Supporting users on change control and system updates
*Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system
*Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
*Experience with Agile and Scrum practices
Education:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
*Project management certification PMP/Prince2/Scrum etc would be a plus
Experience:
*Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
