Service Manager
My client operates in a highly competitive and complex organisation, they are the world's leading independent, end-to-end IT services company . As part of this role you will focus heavily on critical incident management, problem and change management and coordination.
You should have:
- Experience working as a service manager, working in a dynamic account
- ITIL certified
- Experience in SLA management
- Incident / problem / change management
- Reasonable technical grounding - infrastructure / data centre services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to direct teams in a collaborative manner
- Strong presentation skills
