Service Manager

My client operates in a highly competitive and complex organisation, they are the world's leading independent, end-to-end IT services company . As part of this role you will focus heavily on critical incident management, problem and change management and coordination.

You should have:

  • Experience working as a service manager, working in a dynamic account
  • ITIL certified
  • Experience in SLA management
  • Incident / problem / change management
  • Reasonable technical grounding - infrastructure / data centre services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to direct teams in a collaborative manner
  • Strong presentation skills
