SEE & SEP AdminDublinPermanent SalaryJob DescriptionSEP & SEE Admin is responsible to manage, Maintain and operate anti malware & Endpoint Encryption solution.Provide L2/L3 support for Symantec Endpoint Encryption & Symantec Endpoint ProtectionVersionsSEP 12 & aboveSEE 8.2.1 & 11.2.1 & aboveResponsibilities Support L1, L2 and L3 activities for SEP & SEE systems.Daily System operations activities.Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. Escalate to vendor / 3rd level with proper analysis when unable to resolve.Maintain overall ownership of user's issue & service & ensure SLAs are metPerform Daily health check on SEP & SEEProactively identify Endpoints at risk and trigger remedial actionsManage Endpoints (PC & Laptop)Identify performance issues and implement service improvementsEnsure signatures / definitions are updated consistently and per scheduleMonitor for and respond to malware failures (e.g. signature updates, scans)Provide incident response activities in the event of malware activation / outbreakEndpoint firewall.
