Job Description
SEP & SEE Admin is responsible to manage, Maintain and operate anti malware & Endpoint Encryption solution.
Provide L2/L3 support for Symantec Endpoint Encryption & Symantec Endpoint Protection

Responsibilities
- Support L1, L2 and L3 activities for SEP & SEE systems.
- Daily System operations activities.
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. Escalate to vendor / 3rd level with proper analysis when unable to resolve.
- Maintain overall ownership of user's issue & service & ensure SLAs are met
- Perform Daily health check on SEP & SEE
- Proactively identify Endpoints at risk and trigger remedial actions
- Manage Endpoints (PC & Laptop)
- Identify performance issues and implement service improvements
- Ensure signatures / definitions are updated consistently and per schedule
- Monitor for and respond to malware failures (e.g. signature updates, scans)
- Provide incident response activities in the event of malware activation / outbreak
- Endpoint firewall. The Supplier shall be responsible for the following
- Maintain and operate endpoint firewall solution
- PC's and Laptops
- Monitor and report on ongoing performance and action as needed
- Respond to identified suspicious traffic
- Manage endpoint firewall rule sets
- Reporting
- Manage Full Disk Encryption activities for endpoints (PC, Laptop and Mobiles)
- Data recovery from encryption
- Regularly maintain Asset Records related to SEP & SEE
- Follow Incident and Change management process strictly
- Manage System upgrade activities E2E.
Skills required
- Excellent technical knowledge and hands on experience on SEP & SEE technologies
- Working experience of SEP & SEE versions (SEP 12 & above, SEE 8.2.1, 11.2.1 & above)
- Excellent understanding of ITIL framework (Incident & Change management)
- Excellent in verbal, written communication, personal interaction skills
- Strong problem resolution skills required
- Flexible to work outside office hours if required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience of managing system upgrades
