The Scrum Master will drive the COE engineering teams' deliveries via Agile methodologies to further enhance output and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to be an early contributor to agile developed solutions that will be used by many technical teams across a large organization. The role will involve some aspects of traditional project management. This role will report into the Development COE Principle Engineer.

- Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
- Manage communications, project escalations and program/projects risks.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years scrum master experience in software delivery.
- Proven experience applying agile in a Continuous Delivery environment.
- Able to host agile ceremonies and be disciplined in their scheduling and execution.
- Drives continuous improvement through retrospectives.
- Escalation point for the team, and owns issues until resolution.
- Comfortable communicating to senior stakeholders on the status of the project and its RAID.
- The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and has experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable working with charts, including Gantt charts, as communication tools.
- Able to work collaboratively with peers from all divisions across MMC, able to lead discussions, build consensus and encourage adoption.
- Ability to learn work and work through established MMC practices and processes.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience with teams working in contemporary application development stacks including MEAN, MERN, and other emerging open source technologies.
- Relevant certification in agile practices.
- Broad experience of agile tools including JIRA and ADO.
- Experience managing agile teams delivering to technical stakeholders rather than business stakeholders.
- Strong desire to develop and apply best practices in Agile, including coaching teams in Agile adoption.
