Quality Assurance Specialist-Fluent Japanese
Our client is multinational technology company is looking for Quality Assurance Specialist with Fluent Japanese to join their team.
You will perform quality check on recorded audio interactions & chats and creating reports to improve the process quality. This is 11 months FTC contract with possibility of extension and 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate transactions / incidents of Open and Closed transactions to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Perform Transaction Monitoring for different LOBs (Voice & Chat)
- Helps maintain an open dialogue between the QA team and management
- Provide insights and suggestions to ensure improvement in adherence to quality standards and improve overall team performance.
- Conduct regular calibration sessions with all supervisors/QA reviewers to ensure program consistency
- Prepares and analyzes quality reports. Interpreting and reporting the results to stakeholders
- Identify unethical practices/agent behavior and highlight
- Collaborate well within the team members / partners to get the tasks delivered as per the schedule and provide transparent updates to the stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with Fluent in Japanese (Speaking, Reading and Writing) and English Language at an advanced level.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or call centre environment with Quality Assurance experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to identify unethical practices.
- Ability to create reports, analyze Data for respective Teams.
