Power Platform Developer
Manpower Group Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 6-month contract role employed with Manpower Group Ireland. This position is a remote role based in Ireland but you will be expected to travel to either the SAP office in Dublin or Galway as part of your role.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing business critical solutions, whilst supporting the maker community.
- Be able to advise on the most effective use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate AI Models and work closely with members of the team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Focus on simple, structured solutions and not over-engineered or complex.
- Keep up to date with the evolution of the Power Platform and evaluate risks and opportunities of new developments.
- Knowledge sharing across the business, particularly with the Power Platform team/community to cultivate innovation and collaboration across the team
Skills:
- Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, AI Models)
- Experience of code-based development (JSON, C#, SQL, etc.)
- Ability to develop Canvas Power Apps, using best practice approaches (Global Variables, Reusable Components, Optimising Performance)
- Understanding of deployment procedures, including solution-based deployment
- Confident communicator with the ability to define solutions to business problems
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Interest in business process design & automation
- Confident discussing technical solutions with non-technical teams
- Enjoy reviewing, creating, or optimizing bespoke applications in Power Platforms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Eco-System
