Oracle Financial Service Delivery Manager
The client is a large well-known high-street retailer. This Service Delivery Management position will be managing the large Oracle Financial team. You will be required to service existing clients and meet their ongoing requirements. As part of this role you will have be involved in the implementation of Oracle retail and supporting/managing changes around this.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Service Delivery reports with information provided from global and local support teams
- Manage SLA's and ensure team is meeting agreed level of service
- Manage major incidents that occur
- Review and report on Financial activity for Service Delivery team
- Management of financial systems
Experience:
- 5-7 years' experience working with Oracle Financial with a minimum of 2 years managing a team such as a Service Desk
- Experience in retail is a bonus
- ITIL Qualification
