As market leader in enterprise application software, SAP helps companies of all sizes and industries run better. From back office to boardroom, warehouse to storefront, desktop to mobile device - SAP empowers people and organizations to work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively to stay ahead of the competition.
For new employees, onboarding is the realization of the promises made during the recruitment cycle for a company. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and that's why SAP is dedicated to creating a global onboarding experience that excites and energizes our new hires, and immerses them into our culture and our key behaviours through various learning methodologies.
As part of the global onboarding team, we are re-energizing our onboarding experience and are looking for passionate, committed and people focused talent to help us deliver this robust experience.
This role will work on two major projects.
Pre-start Portal Updates:
Our current pre-start information site contains a lot of relevant information to our new hires. As we are revamping our onboarding experience, we will need to review this content, edit duplication of content and ensure we are providing a guided pathway for onboarding.
Additional work necessary may include creation of a new pre-boarding site and evaluation and creation of pre-boarding materials using video, interactive e-learning, just in time surveys and other capabilities.
New Start Buddy Program Support:
All new employees are provide a buddy who helps with their onboarding journey. These are typically other employees within the new hires organization. We currently have enablement for our buddies, but the consumption of these materials is limited. We are looking to redefine how we communicate and enable our buddies, working with our buddy community to understand what additional enablement they need, and creating a community of buddies so they can come together and support each other.
