Overview:
The Lifecycle Hub Transition Lead is responsible for all aspects of implementing the solution and ensuring all customer requirements are met within the transition timeline and budget. This role will lead the cross-functional implementation of the operational capabilities with the Managed Services Asset Management and Client Engineering teams, Procurement, Vendor Partners, Partner Management and the Services Sales Teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains a strong communication channel with the end customer's transition lead and client partner organizations to ensure a smooth transition.
- Responsible for documenting the customer's current mode of operation and developing the future mode of operations.
- Identify and resolve any potential operational gaps within the standard Lifecycle Hub service offer and the contracted customer scope of work.
- Establish partner delivery metrics within standard Lifecycle Hub service offer that ensure timeliness, quality and productivity requirements are met.
- Establish the delivery process for all the required materials within the Lifecycle Hub including the initial seed stock.
- Ensure that the Partner Statement of Work is aligned with the end customer's contractual requirements.
- If additional requirements are needed to support the end customer, team member will be responsible for engaging cross functional team members to develop a solution.
- Oversee the integration requirements for the customer's provisioning setup within the Lifecycle Hub in accordance with the customer's SLAs and Dell's Operational/Security Requirements.
- Oversee the setup of the Lifecycle Hub warehouse and Warehouse Management System (WMS) with all the required customer business rules
- Work with our IT Integration, End Customer and Provider to setup the B2B Service Request Process
Job requirements/Desired knowledge or certification:
- 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
- High level relationship management, negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Leadership and executive level engagement experience a must.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management Operations and best practices in Vendor Management.
- Experience working with Forward & Reverse Logistics partners
- Solid working knowledge of WMS capabilities and Best Practices
- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating diverse resources across the organization
- Expert presentation design and communication skills
- Extensive experience as a technical project manager, specifically in areas of transition management, process building and execution, deployment management and process/procedure design.
