Lead Deal Architect
You will consult with customers to influence their IT strategy and vision taking into account their specific industry and business challenges, shape propositions for our customers to enable them to achieve their business outcomes and leads the design of compelling customer focused solutions for large, complex, multi-service line, multi-region opportunities that differentiate
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Strong Infrastructure Architect experience required
- Experience writing a business case or bid case
- Strong ITIL working knowledge
- You will support business development - contributing to sales planning and in early customer engagements, providing thought leadership, shaping propositions and qualifying opportunities
- Supporting the development of the bid plan - providing input to the resource plan and bid cost forecast by identifying the resources needed to complete the development of the solution and respond to the customer's solution questions
- Designing solutions - engaging with Subject Matter Experts
- Presenting solution to the customer
- Representing the solution at Assurance -submitting solution artefacts and presenting the Solution at Solution Alignment Reviews, Peer Quality Checks, Deliverability and Risk Reviews and Business and Contract Assurance Reviews
- Supporting financials, tagging and mapping of costs to price
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Ability to support development of new business, as measured by feedback from Sales in ability to influence customer's perception and the outcome of opportunities
- Quality of input in to the bidding process as measured by achieving an average score of 3 or above in the post bidding surveys managed by Pre-Sales Operations and completed by Sales Leads and Bid Managers
- Contribution to the development of reusable bid assets
- Personal development & Team collaboration
- Presenting at industrial events per annum and publishing of 1 thought leadership article per quarter on social media
