Experis are seeking a IT Systems Support Engineer on behalf of a client. Our client is a leading ERP Solutions provider that has helped many businesses.

The role
Maintain field computing hardware on the local area network (LAN)
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Ubiquiti, Draytek.
Antivirus Software.
Zyxel, Draytek Vigor routing/firewall devices.
Microsoft SQL Server
Using Exchange Server 2010 and later, email technology.
Microsoft Office Integration's and Microsoft Office 365.
Solutions for email filtering and anti-spam.
Windows Server Remote Desktop Services.
Microsoft Windows Server
Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating System.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience in IT Support working in similar role.
Virtualization solutions such as VMWare and Hyper-V would be desirable.
Knowledge with cloud computing is preferred but not required.
Customer-centred and capable of acting on one's own initiative.
Outstanding organisational abilities.
Fulfils team requirements for documentation and best practices.
Possess a strong passion in IT and a desire to learn.
Clean driving license is essential
