Wanted: We are currently looking for two entry level IT Support Engineers to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to break into the IT space. This role will give you the opportunity to learn from some if the best IT professionals in the business and develop your own skills.

Salary: €28,000 total package

Location: Leixlip

Duration: Initially 12 month fixed term contract

Role Details:

Role Purpose

In this role you will provide technical support as part of the service delivery provision. You will be a part of project deployments, including hardware installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

Required Skillset

  • Experience with Windows 10
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to take ownership of complex problems

* Proven track record working with product authority and external vendor support teams.

* Proven track record of problem resolutions.

* Correct application of severity, impact and priority.
