Salary: €50,000 - €55,000
Overview
Experis are seeking a Support & Field Engineer Delivery Manager on behalf of a client who has been a IT Service Solutions provider for over 15 years. This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a friendly, dynamic, and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and will be central to the overall growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Managing resources to ensure customer issues are resolved within agreed SLA and with a high level of satisfaction.
- Ensuring adherence to best practice policies and procedures
- Supporting with overall growth and development of the business
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog
- Design and development of new services to meet client needs
- Facilitate regular team meetings, monitor team/ individual performance and manage the daily activities of the field service & desk team
- Complete all Autotask Administration in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Sales Manger and Operations Manager to ensure smooth service delivery.
Experience/Skills Required
- 4+ years relevant experience with 1-2 years Team Lead or Management experience
- Proven experience managing and utilizing resources to meet agreed SLA's
- Autodesk
- Active Directory, O365, Microsoft Server 2008, 2012
- TCP/IP, Switching, Firewalls, VPN
- Azure is desired
- EU passport and stamp 4 only.
