Experis are seeking an IT Helpdesk Level 1 on behalf of a client which is an IT Service Solutions provider. This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a friendly, dynamic and fast paced environment.

Experience/Skills Required
* 2 years of relevant experience Installing, configuring, troubleshooting of software and hardware.
* Perform routine day to day system security checks and backups and produce status reports.
* Document relevant technical information on portal and Help Desk CRM application (Autotask) including site schematics, system problems, problem resolution and knowledge base content.
* May be required to provide technical training to customers - systems administration and end user.
* EU passport and stamp 4 only.
* Preferably has driving license but not essential.
