IT Helpdesk Engineer
Location: South Dublin (35 hr work week + WFH policy)
The role: Level 1 or 2 Helpdesk response & support, resolving problems in a timely manner and general I.T. hardware/software administration. Support to colleagues within the EMEA region, specifically monitoring the Irish branches. Reports into IT Service Desk Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Identifies, researches, resolves, and responds to a high volume of issues or questions received from internal customers.
- Provides status and follow-up information to colleagues.
- Escalates calls to the appropriate departments.
- Documents customer issues in call tracking system timely and accurately.
- Keeps current on policies and relevant product and industry trends in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
Requirements:
- A degree in IT or relevant IT experience
- Great communication skills and an ability to document procedures.
- ITIL Foundation preferred.
- Strong computer knowledge including Office 365 package and Apple technology.
- Active Directory
- Troubleshooting VPN issues
