*Honours Degree in HR, Business Studies or other related discipline is essential;
*5 years' previous experience
*Manufacturing, and experience of working in a unionised environment is preferable

*Experience working as part of a senior management team delivering business strategy;
* Degree in Human resources or related discipline;
* Hons Degree in HR, Business Studies or other related discipline is essential;
* 8 years' experience;
*Previous experience in a unionised environment
*Qualification desirable
*Honours Experience using Oracle.
