Salary: €40k - €45k
Experis are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Support Engineer (Level 2) for a fantastic client that has been delivering IT Service Solutions for over 15 years. The successful candidate will support our clients growing customer base and have the opportunity to develop their skills and career. Responsibilities
Managing, escalate and resolving assigned tickets are in a timely and efficient manner and within agreed SLA
Conduct regular, daily system security audits, backups and status updates.
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware.
Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing, user access and security etc.
Keep track of the remote managed service application
New customer on-boarding and training
Required
3+ years' experience in a similar role
Familiar with hardware and related technologies including servers, desktop laptops and printers, as well as Microsoft Server 2008 and 2012 Operating Systems, Active Directory, and other business applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and preferably have an understanding of Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of Networking, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Applications and troubleshooting Procedures.
TCP/IP - Switching - Firewalling, VPN
Certifications that are desired - Microsoft MCSE/ MCSA/ MCSA, MCP, A+, Network + Cisco / - CCNA CCNP
Full Clean Driving Licence is an advantage
