Overview:
We are hiring a Global Associate Benefits Analyst for our client based in Dublin. This role is a 12 month contract with a possibility for 1 year extension.

Associate Benefits Analyst
Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and dynamic individual to join its People & Culture team at our Dublin, Ireland location. As the Global Associate Benefits Analyst, you will provide administrative, operational and project management support to the EMEA Total Rewards organization, and successfully manage competing priorities as they arise.
This role requires in-depth learning & ongoing knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. You will support the Benefits leadership team in managing the benefit programs and will manage projects of diverse scope where analysis of multiple factors will be required to solve for the best outcome. You will exercise a wide range of judgement and apply this judgement to anticipate how to best support the team. This role requires experience in working with customers, vendors, and other high visibility cross functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the administration of various benefit programs
  • Maintain One Drive files, Nsight intranet site and other technology resources where relevant information is stored
  • Deliver, design, coordinate new hire and manager education programs related to benefits
  • Serve as the content manager of the benefits website
  • Handle retirement & pension plan inquiries and ensure accurate processing of request.
  • Reviews and analyzes existing or proposed policies, procedures, systems, management, and personnel activities, advises on their impact and makes recommendations for change
  • Develops and analyzes quantitative data for management control and evaluation purposes
  • Prepares reports, correspondence, and a variety of written materials
  • Maintains accurate records, files, and databases
  • Conducts a wide variety of analytical studies and surveys; make recommendations and prepare reports on the findings of such studies and surveys
  • Collects benefits data and prepares analyses and reports
  • Interprets and implements applicable rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Processes benefits claims and enrolments and assists employees in understanding benefits programs
  • Assist in performing wellness related activities
  • Assists in working with benefit carriers to ensure proper administration of benefit contracts, correct payment of premiums and resolution of any service delivery issues
  • Performs relates duties as assigned



Job requirements/Desired knowledge or certification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 year's relevant business experience
  • Experience in communicating and interacting with leadership
  • Project management experience including tracking and reporting skills in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing confidential and private information with discretion, judgement, and diplomacy.
  • Proven experienced working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Web conferencing, Concur and other systems.
