Field Ops Admin I (Hardware Stock Management Admin)
Visa - Eligible to work in Ireland with no restrictions (Stamp 1G /Stamp 4 /EU Passport)
Overview:
Working in the I.T hardware stock asset support team, day to day activity includes dealing with deliveries, unpacking, stock taking and supporting the onsite deskside technicians with stock availability.
End to end management of the life cycle of all laptops, desktops hard drive and I.T accessories
Job Description:
- Maintenance of stock control inventory and administration
- Complete agreed scheduled internal stock counts
- Routine checks and preventative maintenance reporting issues when they arise
- Maintaining all relevant documentation for internal procedures and external regulations
- Investigating stock queries communicating discrepancies to the relevant parties
- Reconciliation and preparation of reporting
- Test hardware equipment including laptops, desktops
- Ensure your own and others health and safety
- Always maintain excellent level of housekeeping.
- Strictly Adhere to all policies and procedures set out by the customer

- Demonstrate proactive behaviour
- Must be able to work on own initiative but also follow processes and procedures
- Unquestionably flexible and present a value-add performance
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn
- Good team player
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must
- Manual Handling experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in the I.T industry
- Previous experience in a logistics/ inventory role would be an advantage
