The Role-
You will be responsible for coordinating operational and administrative tasks; ensuring clients travelling worldwide to Dublin have a first-class, seamless experience within our Idea Centre Program. You are the key point of contact between our Program internally and Suppliers across accommodation, catering, transport and entertainment. Creating documents, updating budget holders with excellent attention to detail. In a typical hosting day; you will be onsite at our European HQ setting up the boardroom and coordinating catering to kick-off our event. Welcoming senior leaders from enterprises across the world, including own Senior Management. You have a passion for providing a great experience, understanding the need to remain flexible with adhoc requests. You are professional, engaging, with a clear objective of ensuring all teams have access to the information they need. Updating internal briefs, sharing visitor guides with clients, closely monitoring joint diaries and ensuring all Financial documentation remains up to date and accurately stored. You will join a Global team; gaining experience in partnering with Austin based colleagues. Continuously learning and sharing knowledge together.

You love to interact with people, taking pride in your client conversations and business interests. Your obsession with details and customer service will help you support multiple executive engagements from the initial inquiry to the final satisfaction survey, both in Dublin and beyond at Pop-Up locations across the world. You are not easily rattled. You are a strong team member who does not need a lot of hand holding to get things done. The ability to take direction and handle the intricate details of multiple executive level meetings at a time. You help people get jobs by helping the Idea Centre team deliver a world class meeting experience to our clients on a daily basis.
