Role Description

To create and manage all the Change and Adoption activities for Europe D&A, supporting the Europe D&A LT, to build the right Change and Adoption strategy, engagement approach, messages, touch points and plans across the year, and execute them successfully.

Accountabilities:
* Responsible for supporting the Change & Adoption Engagement strategy.
* Create engagement activities incl comms to build the tools to drive engagement including building Europe D&A Identity toolkit.
* Create and maintain Europe D&A Identity and toolkit.
* Responsibility for creating and managing all Europe D&A Change and Adoption Platforms - ensuring they are appealing and interesting (incl. email communication, Town Halls, Sharepoint etc).
* Create written material for any change and adoption initiatives across BU, and countries.
* Support the delivery of regular updates to drive ongoing employee engagement through various platforms e.g. email, SharePoint and newsletters.
* Facilitate best practice sharing, celebration of success.
* Measure success of change and adoption initiatives, identifying areas to improve.
* Maintain relevant toolkits. Learnings, engagement and ensure all available on SharePoint.

Experience Required:
* Experience of creating engaging and unique change and adoption methods that appeal to a wide audience.
* Experience of creating visual identity for a brand/team and all touchpoints.
* Experience of successfully creating and implementing Change programmes.
* Working as part of a virtual team, using a variety of technology incl Poppulo.
* Track record of delivery and strong bias for action.
* Experience of working in a global, multi-cultural environment.

Relevant experience:
* English language fluency critical in particular for written comms requirement.
* University Graduate, ideally in journalism, communications, or marketing.
* 2-3 years communications experience, preferably in (international) business environment.
* Experience with written material for external publications (social media; interviews and others).
* Experience with (interactive) communication channels inc. digital.
* Experience of key Communications processes, roles and responsibilities.

* Change management: Predicts and mitigates peoples' behaviour in times of change, big or small. Foresees impact and devises appropriate actions. Acts decisively and confidently in ambiguous situations and facilitates a change of viewpoint.
* Project Management skills with a strong track record of delivery
* Ability to build a relationship with individuals in different countries only using technology
