The Role:
Our client is seeking an Digital Readiness Team Associate who support key initiatives in Digital Readiness Team to collaborate with project teams globally and identify compliant pathways for customer-facing digital innovation at speed and scale to improve customer experience. This role will support the Digital Readiness Team in the US and in International Markets and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining smooth operations within the core Digital Readiness Teams.

The role is for a duration of 12 months but has the potential to become permanent in the future.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Work experience in digital and/or quality and compliance related roles; including experience working in pharma related digital compliance strongly preferred.
  • Experience utilizing digital content, social media for brand initiatives, and best practices for social and paid media.
  • Awareness of pharma's regulated environment.
  • Previous healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferable but not mandatory if candidate has some understanding of the concept of a regulated environment and an idea of how digital regulatory compliance works.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, and ensuring seamless, consistent communication of highly confidential materials.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness with a proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities with tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English language.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work well both in a team environment as well as operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability and professional demeanour to interface with senior management, international colleagues and important external stakeholders and must be able to exhibit good judgment in handling highly sensitive, confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages DRT meetings schedule (US and ex-US) including capturing meeting minutes, facilitating review by DRT members, circulating minutes to project teams, and coordinating action items and follow-ups.
  • Provides first level quality review for project submissions
  • Record keeping, filing, and archiving of information in accordance with company procedures and requirements, ensure accessibility of information for audit and inspection readiness purposes.
  • Administrative and operational support for the Regional DRT Leads, resolving routine issues on their behalf
  • Manages both team's inboxes, provides first level responses to questions and distributes items to relevant team members based on content.
  • Ensure audit and inspection readiness of DRT-owned documents.
  • Ensure the controlled Documents management tool is up to date.
  • Supports project tracking.
