One of the lead IT providers on Irish market is looking for a contractor to support mobile devices rollout for 6 months onsite with their client in City Centre.
Key responsibilities:
- Deployment of mobile devices, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.
- Responding to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
- Advising customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
- Working with little supervision and has ability to work on a wider range of systems.
To be a good fit you need:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Onsite Technician
- Experience with Windows 7,8,10
- Previous experience troubleshooting mobile devices, tablets/mobile phones
- Previous experience troubleshooting various HW & SW issues
For your good work, you can expect:
- 6 month contract
- Daily rate between €190 - €210
