Deskside Support Engineer
Role Overview
This role will be as a member of Desktop Service technical support team providing support to the various systems within the remit of the Enterprise Desktop Service, including completing monthly routine tasks such as patch and image cycles and routine releases.
Working with more experienced team members to provide technical support and troubleshooting of incidents and issues escalated to the Desktop Service for resolution.
Job Description
- IT Support specialist
- Assist clients with hardware and software issues
- Provide remote technical assistance
- An understanding of Windows 10 Desktop
- Deep knowledge about Microsoft Office and all its programs
ESSENTIALS SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Spanish / English is essential
- setting up of computer hardware systems
- installing and upgrading software
- troubleshooting IT issues
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
The candidate must have a valid visa to work in Ireland
