This project is a strategic growth initiative building new businesses - "Lean startups" These startups span our institutional clients group, corporate and investment banks, and our trade and treasury services. Key Responsibilities:
Primarily you'll be rapidly prototyping new products to test important customer features or demonstrate to key stakeholders. This will likely involve a lot of backend services development, and considerable amount of data manipulation.
Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for a well-rounded individual who will have analytical skills to focus on business data and drive correlations through use of some exciting data analysis tools and technologies - ideally you'll know some.
We are looking for technical hands on experience with databases and technologies like Python that help with analysis of data. We appreciate that might seem like a lot, but this is a role where you will have an opportunity to learn different technologies.
A lot of what we build will be prototypes and proof-of-concepts for internal validation and learning. As such, experience with business intelligence/visualization tools would be helpful.
We're looking to expand our global team's development standards and best practices, so we're looking for someone who's excited by driving quality code, reviews, testing (at all stages), and continuous integration and deployment.
