About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Enablement Analyst to join our dynamic Channel Center of Excellence team. The Channel Enablement Analyst will play a crucial role in crafting our end-to-end partner sales journey, empowering the sales teams with the right tools and resources, and driving overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving channel sales performance.

This is a fully remote role, initially on a 12 month contract basis.

Position Responsibilities:
* Create framework for an end-to-end partner enablement journey using specific actions and criteria that a partner exhibits to indicate readiness to engage further
* ??Defining swimlanes across roles within GTM enablement to ensure efficient work and solid execution.
* ??Project manage the partner enablement experience, ensuring all internal stakeholders are in agreement and alignment with communicated announcements, materials, training. programs and timelines.
* ??Own the relationship with cross functional stakeholders across customer facing roles to define global standards that cascade down to regional or pillar strategies.
* ??Partner with Revenue Enablement and PMM teams to schedule and deliver regular Channel-specific?Scoops (many topics) / Succeed Sessions (deep dive on 1 topic)
* ??Create guidelines and channel templates to assist with the cross functional "channelization" of internal and external enablement materials, reducing the reliance on Channel COE and expanding SME knowledge
*Key programmatio needs assessment
* ??Ensure that channel sales content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the latest product developments and market trends.
* ??Create key metrics and a monitoring system to evaluate partners performance through systems reporting and partner surveys to identify areas that require improvement.

Position Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of B2B Channel experience in Training or Enablement, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- A self-starter with great communication skills, who has the ability to communicate ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience using modern eLearning tools such as (Appinium, Zift), web-based meeting tools (Zoom, Slack), CRM and sales system tools (Salesforce, Zift), and knowledge management tools (Highspot, DocSend, etc) to build engaging and valued learning programs.
