Primary Purpose of Role:
You will be responsible for the strategy development, implementation monitoring and project management of the business' change planning process from a commercial point of view. You will also be responsible for enabling the success of the integration project for the business, managing the local implementation of the changes.
- Working closely with the Managing Director planning team, lead the businesses change strategy overseeing internal processes during the pre and post transition phase of the project.
- Develop communication package of the business' change management strategy for use commercially with external stakeholders and customers
- Prepare strategic plan for implementation of a global IT project
- Management of all transformation issues and risks - working will all stakeholders to ensure their issues and risks are escalated promptly and resolved in a timely manner
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all staff members
- Overall transformation programme reporting and resource tracking - design and maintenance of overall reporting on the transformation and change programmes.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and key deliverables
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
- Promote and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, transformation, and innovation within the organisation
Key Deliverables:
- Provide project plan for the evolving commercial environment that the business will be operating in
- Provide business strategy communication package for use by the wider business teams when dealing with external stakeholders
- Input into the business' case development and implementation strategy
- Develop internal capabilities required to deliver change management programme
- Provide structured approach to ongoing change programmes internally
Key Performance Metrics:
- ?Deliver change project plan within agreed timelines
- Delivery of the business' implementation strategy and successful management of process through to completion
- Successful management of the transformation and change programme
- Key Skills Required:
- Significant experience in leading and managing change programmes
- Experience in application of various change and PMO methodologies and tools
- Exceptionally strong stakeholder management and engagement up to senior exec level
- Strong communications background. Proven experience of building clear presentations, including usage of data visualisation/graphs to support narrative and help support decision making
- Highly organised. Adopting structured approach to managing and co-ordinating effectively with ability to quickly flex plans and approach as needed
- Experience of driving cross- functional change
- Proven ability to work effectively with data and analytics with ability to draw clear insights and recommendation
- Proven ability to lead a team through a transformation and change project
- Agile certified, ideally with Scrum Master certification
- Prince 2 certified
