Overview:
We are hiring a Business Manager for our client based in Dublin with over 50 years in the tech industry. This role is a contract position. Initially 12 months with the look to extend to 18 months.



The role:
This is a key role working closely with the LT and management team in an exciting and fast growing team. It will provide the right candidate the opportunity to contribute and proactively work towards the success of the team in a period of growth and positive change. It will allow someone to build strong business management experience in a top tier Tech company environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, reporting, forecasting and recommendations of hiring to blueprint. Coordination and distribution of position numbers to hiring managers (in collaboration with Finance, Hiring team and Sponsor)
  • Budget support for team, liaising with Finance to identify trends and proactive identification of gaps and opportunities for leadership team
  • Onboarding: Support coordination and onboarding of new staff.
  • Assist in planning and layout of office moves and expansion
  • Track key initiatives (Owner, v-team members, summary progress status monthly). Identify and highlight progress gaps or team refreshes needed.
  • Business Management support to M2s (Team meeting agendas, Action tracking and follow ups)
  • Support Communications approach, content creation and cadence for the team for both internal team audience and stakeholders
    • Build out walking decks for meeting stakeholders and keep updated & current
    • Drive and own all hands and comms pre and post
    • Drive key messages out through the various channels to the teams
    • Manage a centralized Teams site to host relevant material in easily accessible formats
  • Assist Customer Insights team:
    • Coordinate collection of insights in regular manner
    • Include Customer stories indexing
    • Identifying & summarizing insights monthly for sharing and for use in MBUs or Comms
  • Assist in various other activities to support leadership team as necessary



Job requirements/Desired knowledge or certification:

  • 3-5 Years previous experience minimum - Preferably Communications and/or Analytical experience
  • Structured proactive approach to projects, agendas and follow up. Driving for results and outcomes.
  • Proactive problem solver with analytical skills
  • Someone who can innovate and transform business process'
  • Strong collaborator with management team
