Working in the Asset Management team, day to day activity includes deliveries, unpacking, stock taking. End to end management of the hard drive process, LDO management, surplus and EOL stock, peripheral management.

Based in Leixlip, in a team of 3, and a wider team of 23, you will be supporting a customer who sets high standards for themselves and expects the same standards of Clients IT support provider.



Detailed description:

* Duties include but are not limited to…
* Provide dedicated support to the end-to-end process of the Asset Management function both locally and for remote users
* Complete internal audits for asset accuracy
* Maintenance of stock control inventory
* Peripheral management - stock take, planning, forecasting
* Own 'policing' stock in warehouse to incorporate goods receiving, asset tracking & stock replenishing
* Manual handling

· Use of hand-held pallet truck

* Own warranty repair function and process
* Own Surplus process > surplus pickups and processing
* Deal with 'End of Life' systems > gather parts & wipe/build hard-drives
* Test hardware equipment > laptops, desktops, servers, comms hardware & printers
* Liaise with Clients Managers/dept users on assets for re-use
* Prepare items for re-sale & donation
* Pack & ship assets as required, prepare shipping memos
* Own Hard Drive Process end to end > use of SSD tool, wipe, clone, LDO management
* Assist in the drafting and implementation of local site procedures
* Liaise with customers on various asset management activities
* Follow up on return of assets
* Strictly Adhere to all policies and procedures set out by the customer
* Provide cover for team as required
