Detailed description:
* Duties include but are not limited to…
* Provide dedicated support to the end-to-end process of the Asset Management function both locally and for remote users
* Complete internal audits for asset accuracy
* Maintenance of stock control inventory
* Peripheral management - stock take, planning, forecasting
* Own 'policing' stock in warehouse to incorporate goods receiving, asset tracking & stock replenishing
* Manual handling
· Use of hand-held pallet truck
* Own warranty repair function and process
* Own Surplus process > surplus pickups and processing
* Deal with 'End of Life' systems > gather parts & wipe/build hard-drives
* Test hardware equipment > laptops, desktops, servers, comms hardware & printers
* Liaise with Clients Managers/dept users on assets for re-use
* Prepare items for re-sale & donation
* Pack & ship assets as required, prepare shipping memos
* Own Hard Drive Process end to end > use of SSD tool, wipe, clone, LDO management
* Assist in the drafting and implementation of local site procedures
* Liaise with customers on various asset management activities
* Follow up on return of assets
* Strictly Adhere to all policies and procedures set out by the customer
* Provide cover for team as required
