Client Overview
Our client is a major financial agency of the United Nations, and an international financial institution funded by 191 member countries, with headquarters in Washington, D.C
Key Responsibilities:
* AI Solution Development: Design, implement, and train machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow on Azure Machine Learning service. This includes preparing data pipelines and writing efficient model code for scalable deployment.
* Copilot Studio Agent Development: Use Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop and customize AI agents that automate workflows and improve user experiences. Build conversational flows and actions for these agents and integrate them with Microsoft 365 apps or other systems as needed.
* Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy AI models and agents to production (e.g. on Azure) and monitor their performance. Continuously evaluate model accuracy and agent behaviour, and tune or retrain models to improve results. Quickly debug issues with models or agent logic and implement fixes to ensure high reliability.
* Integration: Work closely with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and services. Ensure that AI components (models or agents) work seamlessly within the overall product architecture and meet user requirements.
* Documentation & Compliance: Document the design, development process, and usage guidelines for AI models and agents. Ensure all AI solutions follow industry best practices and company policies for data security and privacy.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. (Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.)
* AI/ML Development: 3+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience with AI/ML projects. Strong Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Azure AI, Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, vector stores).
* Cloud & Azure Proficiency: Experience building, training, and deploying models using Azure Machine Learning or Azure AI services. Comfortable with Azure cloud environments for CI/CD, model hosting, and using Azure resources (Data Factory, Cognitive Services, etc.) in AI solutions.
* Copilot Studio: Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio for developing AI agents. Ability to create, test, and refine conversational or autonomous agents using Copilot Studio's interface and tools.
* Integration Skills: Ability to integrate AI models or agents into applications or workflows. Experience with data ingestion from SharePoint, SQL databases, Office 365 sources (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug model/agent issues and optimize performance. Capable of diagnosing errors in data, code, or pipeline and implementing effective solutions.
* Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting while remaining responsive and accountable to the team's goals. Work with Senior PMs, architects, and domain experts to refine AI-driven automations and ensure outputs meet PMO standards.
Requirements:
* Experience integrating AI copilot with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, and information architecture.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystems (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and how they serve as data sources for Copilot grounding.
* Ability to design secure and compliant solutions aligned with enterprise governance models.
* Experience implementing prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and retrieval-based design for organizational content.
* Ability to develop orchestrations connecting Copilot Studio with Microsoft Systems. Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, LLM-based solution patterns, and responsible AI guidelines is a plus.
* Proven hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including:
o Conversational logic design
o Generative AI capabilities
o Integration with Microsoft 365 Copilot
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform:
o Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
o Power Automate cloud flows
o Use of Standard and Premium connectors
o Dataverse data modelling
* Security & Architecture understanding of:
o Azure AD authentication & OAuth flows
o REST APIs
o Data security, access control, and governance for low-code and AI workflows.
