Andrew Crawford, Head of Experis Ireland

Andrew joined Experis in 2010 and leads our Irish operation. He is a member of the Experis UK & Ireland management board, reporting to Geoff Smith, Managing Director of Experis Europe. He is responsible for the professional business across Ireland and is executive sponsor to a number of our major outsourced clients from Belfast to Waterford.

Originally from the UK, Andrew has lived and worked in Dublin since 2004 and has a wide variety of recruitment and management experience including executive search, large scale international outsourced recruitment programmes and IT solutions.

Amy Corbally, IT Practice Director

Amy has been with Experis Ireland for 10 years with the business and is a member of the Experis Ireland Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for Operations and Delivery within the Experis IT division in Ireland.

As well as leading an experienced specialist IT Recruitment Team, Amy is responsible for strategic client relationship management, business development and recruitment solutions delivery. Amy has a BA in Business Studies and 10 years on site client services delivery experience.

Aine Fanning, Science & Engineering Practice Director

Áine has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment working across multiple sectors. Áine joined Experis as a Principle Consultant in 2014 and has progressed to Director in 2017 due to successful growth and development of the Science & Engineering team in Ireland. Áine is responsible for operations and delivery within the Science & Engineering practice, leading a specialised recruitment team dedicated to providing a superior level of service to clients.

Áine is also the Account Director for a key client in the UK & Ireland – leading a cross function team to support ongoing delivery and contract management services. She project manages high volume and niche recruitment projects for life sciences clients. Áine has a MSc in Personalised Nutrition (Nutrition and Genomics).

Peter Domican, Client Services Manager

Peter joined Experis in January 2017 responsible for business development and execution of recruitment solutions to clients across Technology & Engineering sectors.

Peter has extensive local and international recruitment experience having worked for multinational consultancies engaging with blue-chip and start up organisations on executive & senior appointments across both the Middle East & Ireland. Peter is NRF certified and holds a Degree in Science, Masters in Business & Entrepreneurship as well as a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Paul Marshall, Head of Sales

Paul is responsible for accelerating business growth, client development and strategic business development. Previously with our talent and career management solutions brand, Right Management, he has 20 years professional people management experience throughout the entire HR life cycle. He can include commercial and operations roles from across Private, Public and Non-profits sectors including first-hand experience of start-ups, SMEs and MNCs. Paul career includes significant recruitment industry experience spanning 15 years including executive search, contingency and contracts placements across a variety of industry sectors including IT, Engineering and Professional Services. Paul has a Masters Degree in HR Management from the National College of Ireland.
