SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Our client is a looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join their team based in the South of Dublin

The Systems Administrator is being brought in to strengthen our client's Internal IT Team

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal networks LAN's and WLAN's
  • Support and administer Windows Active Directory / Microsoft Office 365 Environment
  • Fully administer servers and virtualisation environment vSphere / Hyper V
  • Inventory, manage and monitor all hardware and services on a continuous basis
  • Provide technology support to members of the Service Desk
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring security initiatives
  • Identify, and correct any issues across the network or company technology infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Broad interest in ICT Technology / Tech savvy
  • Lvl 2 Support Experience
  • Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail and finish tasks
  • Enjoying working in a small team
  • Ability to think big and outside the box and challenge the status-quo
  • Drive and champion innovation and continue improvement
  • Able to work on one own initiative and confidence to raise and flag issues that impact service delivery
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
  • Full Driver's License
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator
  • Firm knowledge of networking (Cisco)
  • Strong technical skills in vSphere and Citrix
