Description:

Our client is looking to introduce a new technology essential to the operation of their business. Your key objective is to ensure the establishment and subsequent delivery of high-quality services to public transport customers and operators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage suppliers that are contracted to provide and operate the tax saver system.
  • Establishing required agreements, ongoing supplier monitoring, commercial agreements,
  • SLA/KPI monitoring and performance assessment, invoicing, follow up on operational issues, initiating and overseeing change requests, service assessments and disputes.
  • Experience in managing performance.
  • Experience coordinating/implementing and monitoring projects and processes.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing and developing activities to improve.
  • Cost focussed with an understanding of costs to deliver technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Third level qualification (Bachelor's Degree required).
  • 5+ years' experience in service delivery management.
  • Prior Supplier/Vendor Management experience.
  • Experience of vendor assessment process such as scorecards etc.
  • Project Management Qualification desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Transport market is desirable.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work to tight deadlines are essential;
  • Strong communication skills including an ability to concisely articulate alternative views under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of current regulations affecting government agencies in public transport.
  • Proven history of formation and maintenance of good relationships both inside the business and with third parties
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to address audiences, broker conversations, form trusting relationships
  • Engage in and take ownership of personal development and career planning;
