Project Program Management

Accountabilities:

Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis Utilises relevant project management tools.

Essential Requirements:

* Project Management - exceptional interpersonal and project management skills and a proven record of working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders

* Operations Management - proven experience in working in an operations background (services or manufacturing)

* Relationship Management - ability to develop strong positive relationships with all the stakeholders within the supply chain

* Stakeholder Management - ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders

* Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills

* Product / Services experience an advantage

* Intermediate- Advanced Microsoft Excel including use of Macro's

* Good knowledge of an Order Entry System and order holds

* Order Process flow understanding

* Basic remote Desktop Protocols (RDP) and Networking knowledge and

* Ability to work alone and drive teams/individuals for issue resolution

Desirable Requirements:

* Knowledge of burn slot allocation processes (where unit are allocated to particular test slots for testing on customer environments)

* Knowledge of Factory As A Service (FAAS) Web interface

* Knowledge of Configuration Services (process, offers & customers) are largely desirable

* Strongly motivated individual who can work as part of a larger, complex team while balancing interests and demands of a variety of stakeholders

* PMP Certified a plus

What our team do:

* Drives quality improvements by risk assessment/mitigation eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier, new product introduction and manufacturing processes.

* Drives continuous improvement in product manufacturability and flexibility, and operations cycle time and quality

* Ensures Operations achieves Ready to Ship Release and transactions into production/sustaining

* Supporting the delivery of new services within the overall supply chain process

Key Responsibilities:

* The delivery of the new services related to the Connected Services offers in Dell Technologies

* Developing and delivery of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in support of these offers

* Developing and delivery of Safe Launch process in support of these offers

* Working with all stakeholders on any issues identified through the UAT and Safe Launch processes until issues are closed.

* Providing daily communications to all stakeholders, including services executive leadership team.
