Payroll Specialist

SK biotek Ireland are currently seeking to recruit a Payroll specialist based in Swords Co Dublin.

The Payroll specialist will be involved in a number of key activities including;

  • Implementation and Integration of a new Payroll system
  • Coordination and management of end to end payments for SK biotek Ireland payroll
  • Updating and maintaining all payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A) records
  • Checking T&A and Payrolls to ensure legislative and company compliance
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
  • Payroll and T&A reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
  • Provide internal budget reports as required
  • Calculation and processing of termination payments
  • Processing increases and calculation of back pay
  • Liaise with HR regarding new hires, terminations, salary increase, awards etc
  • Month end reporting
  • Support Finance during GL interface reconciling activities
  • Accurate calculation of annual bonus entitlements and payment of same
  • End of year processing and reconciliation including payments
  • Manage all audits required including internal, external and Revenue
  • Documentation and review of payroll procedures
  • Ensure provider is achieving SLA's
  • Address any administrative needs related to SK biotek Ireland compensation and benefits program

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage end to end payroll. This person must have excellent communication skills, strong legislative payroll knowledge and effective working relationships with both internal and external business stakeholders. Experience in managing projects or integrating new systems would be desirable.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 - 4 years' payroll experience in a 24/7 manufacturing operations environment. Experience with T&A and pay roll systems are also required. An IPASS qualification is an advantage. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
