Incident Manager

This role is to assist with the backlog in the Problem Management team. My client is looking for someone with good technical experience to help resolve issues. This is a contract position open to Dublin or Cork.


  • You will to work through new and existing problems in the Problem Management Queue.
  • You will be involved and engaging with users and IT Resolvers for updates, Root Cause Analysis workarounds and/or resolutions. Interactions will be via phone call, email and IM.
  • Ensuring follow-ups and closure of critical problems with users.
  • You will join conference calls regarding P1 issues as they occur.


Experience in Problem Management

Experience using Service Now

Good communication and customer service skills

ITIL Certification would be an advantage
