Customer Success Manager


The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in working with new and existing clients to integrate our client's Traveller Intelligence solutions. This person is responsible for working within cross-functional team of internal our client's stakeholders, including Sales, Business Development, Operations and Product, to ensure client support and business growth. The ideal candidate will be able to combine an expertise in our services with an intimate understanding of clients' goals and business strategy to drive overall customer satisfaction and retention of the partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in engaging client on the implementation and adoption of our client's data products and solutions
  • Liaising with the client's key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to understand the client's strategy, goals and objectives for the partnership
  • Meet regularly with clients to review business and ensure goals are being met for partner and our client's
  • Work with Solutions Engineering team to ensure timely integration with our client's platform and ensure data solutions are exceeding performance objectives.
  • Build relationships with client teams to promote the expansion of business beyond the initial scope of work
  • Ask questions, anticipate issues, and provide proactive solutions relative to our client's data products


Skills:

  • 5 to 10 years' experience in professional client relationship management
  • Passion for the Travel industry and experience with least one travel provider or distributer, experience in digital media a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective cross-functional team management capabilities
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task and work independently; resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Team player
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce & online presentation applications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
