Business Analyst

  • 5-6 years of Business Analyst experience working in the financial services/banking sector
  • Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
  • Gathering, analysing and documenting solution requirements using Business Analysis techniques in an agile environment to capture both functional and technical requirements
  • Using appropriate techniques and tools to capture 'as is' processes and working with the business and IT stakeholders to define and document 'to be' processes
  • Working effectively with developers and test teams to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly
  • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops and managing follow-up activities
  • Excellent attention to detail and document creation skills
  • Scope management
  • Work with development and test teams to pull together estimates for change requests or larger pieces of work
  • Working with client stakeholders to ensure that captured requirements are measurable, testable and have an associated business benefit
  • Excellent client stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analyse and design the "to-be" business processes.
  • Work with the business and other stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.
  • Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
  • Set up and maintain the Requirements and Traceability Matrix.
