Description:
- Business Analyst experience working in the financial services/banking sector
- Should be able to able to play catalyst role between business and IT Delivery
- Good understanding of Agile Methodology and working experience of project delivery using the same
- Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers
- Engineering + MBA degree is preferred
- Gathering, analysing and documenting solution requirements using Business Analysis techniques in an agile environment to capture both functional and technical requirements
- Facilitating requirements gathering workshops and managing follow-up activities
- Excellent attention to detail and document creation skills
- Working with client stakeholders to ensure that captured requirements are measurable, testable and have an associated business benefit
- Excellent client stakeholder engagement skills
